Unilever, the Anglo-Dutch firm, has agreed to buy an 82 percent stake in Concern Kalina, a Russian cosmetics brand, for $537 million. Under the terms of the deal, Unilever will add Kalina’s portfolio to the company’s existing skin, hair and oral care brands in Russia. Consumer product companies have been looking to the emerging markets and beyond for growth. Russia’s economy is on track to grow 4.3 percent this year
